What started as a passion project for Chef Mark Estee Back in 2000 has now become a USDA inspected artisan butcher shop that started producing in 2014. The facility, located at Liberty Food and Wine Exchange in downtown Reno, focuses on whole animal butchery and can produce a wide range classic charcuterie, sausages, cured meats and salumi. Being in the RLFG family means we use as many locally sourced products as we can in our production and take pride in serving the most delicious meats around.
